Return & Exchange Policy

I hope you love your Trust The Lime glasses as much as we do but if something is not quite right please read below and we will sort it out as soon as possible.

To be eligible to return your Trust The Lime item it must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that all our glasses are inspected before dispatch therefore damage in our opinion that has been caused after delivery is not eligible for a return.

You must submit your return within 14 days of receiving your order, you then have a further 5 days to return them to us. You must be able to provide proof of purchase and include your order number on a piece of paper inside the return. (Failure to include the order number means we cannot process your return). Once we receive your return and it has been inspected, we will email you to confirm if your return has been successful.  Your refund will then be applied to the method of payment used.

Any products bought from our sales can only be exchanged if they meet the criteria for a return. We do not offer returns on sale items.

It can take up to 30 days to process your return.

To return your Trust The lime item please email contact@trustthelime and we will provide a return address.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
